Richard Mark Lee serves as the Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church in McKinney, Texas.
Richard is a gifted communicator and practical teacher of Scripture. Doctrinally aligned with the Baptist Faith & Message, 2000, His passion is helping couples build marriages that will stand the test of time as well as equipping ministers to stay in the game and win the race. Over the last 24 years, he has mentored numerous couples and trained hundreds of pastors in 12 countries. He shares ministry and life with his wife and best friend, Wendy and their two daughters, Jessica and Meredith. He has a faithful dog that he loves and a cat that he tolerates. Growing up in the Southeast, Richard suffers from an acute addiction to SEC football and all things Atlanta Braves and Falcons.

First McKinney is on mission to reach the world for Christ. The church not only deploys hundreds of volunteers on dozens of short-term mission trips each year, but also serves as a missions sending agency with 13 families currently serving full-time on four continents through its Transform Your World network and IMB partners.
